The service is not intended to replace the local police force, but to provide services to enhance your comfort and safety. If you have a need for assistance, you may call 214.631.4444, and an officer will be dispatched to assist you 24 hours a day.
Smith Courtesy Patrol will take necessary steps to curtail any disturbances such as neighborly dispute, loud stereos, or provide a service to you such as a lockout or an escort anytime day or night; when leaving or returning to your apartment.
If you are going to be away from your apartment, feel free to contact Smith Courtesy Patrol and they will check it while you are away.
Neither Smith Protective Services nor Lincoln Property Company guarantee or insure your safety. For protection of your personal property, you can purchase your own homeowners insurance and/or alarm systems in your apartment. In addition, please refer to your lease concerning the obligations and limitations on Lincoln Property Company's liability.
